Once you’ve completed your payment for the website design, please email the following materials within twenty-four (24) hours:

• Logo
  • Format: .png with a transparent background.
  • Conversion Fee: If you don’t have a .png logo, we can convert most logos for a $10.00 fee (an invoice will be sent). Logos with glitter or on black backgrounds may be challenging to convert. If conversion isn’t possible, we recommend contacting the original designer for the .png file.
• Images
  • Requirements: Only high-quality images will be accepted. We do not accept selfies, pixelated, distorted, or unprofessional images.
  • Action: If the images provided are unsuitable, you will receive an email notification.
• Content Verbiage
  • Format: Provide all text content in a Microsoft Word document. Screenshots and handwritten pictures of text are not accepted.

• Product Uploads/Removals: Managing up to 15 products per request
