Once you have made the payment for your product label design, please send the following to us via email within twenty-four (24) hours:
Logo: the logo needs to be submitted in .png format (transparent background). If you do not have a logo in .png file format we can make most logos into .png for a $5.00 fee (this fee will be sent as an invoice). If your logo has glitter or is on a black background, it can be difficult to make into a .png, if you don’t have .png. Please be advised, if we are unable to make it into a .png, we will highly recommend you to reach out to the original designer for the requested file format.
Images: We ONLY ACCEPT HIGH-QUALITY IMAGES. We do not accept selfies, pixelated images, distorted images, screenshots, and unprofessional product images. To provide you with a high quality product label design, we have to have professional images. If the images submitted can’t be used, we will send you an email notification.
Verbiage: Please provide all verbiage for product labels in a Microsoft Word Document. We DO NOT ACCEPT screenshots and/or handwritten pictures of verbiage. If the verbiage is NOT provided in the requested format, we will send a notification email with a deadline to resubmit verbiage.
Label Size: We are unable to determine the size that you qould need for your product. In order to properly design the correct size for your labels, please provide the exact size in inches.
Please share all information in Google Drive or Dropbox. Please DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS. If you do not know how to create a Google Drive, please follow this link to learn how to create one and share it with the designer via email at info@kandiandcoproductions.com.
