  • To ensure a smooth and efficient start to your New Acuity Website Design + Build service, please be aware of our contractual and payment policies:

    • Contractual Agreement Required: Work on your project will not commence until a formal contract is signed by both the client and the designer. This agreement is crucial for outlining the scope of work, terms, and expectations.
    • Timely Signing of the Contract: The contractual agreement will be sent to you immediately. To avoid delays, please sign and return the contract within twenty-four (24) hours. 
    • Order Cancellation Policy: If the contract is not signed within the specified time frame, you will receive a notification regarding order cancellation. Please note that all payments made towards the service will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
    • Re-engagement Terms: Should you wish to proceed with the service after cancellation, a new payment will be required to initiate a new agreement.
